No — friends and family members have their own separate cap, listed inside each tier. Adding F&F never affects your employee count.
Yes. Essential includes 1 store, Growth includes 3 stores, and Enterprise is unlimited (including multi-region setups). For brands between tiers, we offer per-store add-ons — talk to us.
Your trial ends and we’ll reach out to convert you to a paid annual or monthly contract. We don’t auto-charge or auto-convert — you stay in control. Your data and configuration are preserved for 30 days after trial end.
No. Every tier is a flat monthly price regardless of how many employees you add (within the tier limit). Adjacent tools like Workhuman, Perkbox, and Bonusly charge per-employee, which gets expensive fast — we don’t.
Monthly plans cancel anytime, no commitment. Annual plans cancel at the end of the contract term. We’ll always export your data on request, and we don’t lock you in.
